Our Body's Biological Clock

Our body has its own repeating biological clock, which can affect our activities. A “normal” person’s biorhythm is:

8 – 9 am: Our body is full of endorphin. It’s our body’s natural painkiller. That’s why at this time of day we are able to empty a cup full of hot coffee without even blinking an eye.

10 am: Our memory is the sharpest. It’s the perfect time to do any work that has got to do with memorizing and recalling past events.

After Lunch: At this hour of day, our creativity is at its peak. It’s very suitable for us to do any kind of work that require creativity, like lying to customers, sweet-talking to a new girl on the block, giving false excuses to out boss, etc…. (Just kidding, boss!)

4 pm: Our autonomous nerves are at work. It means we sweat a lot. So do not have a meeting at this hour. Or have a date for that matter.

6 pm: It’s time for our physique. Our physical strength is at its peak here. Our body is suitable to do hard work like pushing a busted car, beat up a pickpocket, pulling a loaded train like Superman… You name it!

7 pm: This time our hormones are showing off their power. A lot of people become very sensitive. So do not go out and find yourself some trouble!

8 pm: The weight of our body is at its peak since it’s been working very hard all day. For those of you who are trying to lose some weight, do not get on the scale at this time of day or you’ll get frustrated.

10 pm: Everyone needs a rest. And so does our body. At this time of day, our body is very exhausted. Do not do any activities, just rest. And that includes sex, guys!
